the staff were very kind. i got early check-in after a long flight. a bottle of sparkling wine and cookies were a thoughtful touch. the location allows easy access to major attractions.
the chair in the balcony were uncomfortable.

The pool was advertised as shared with the adjacent hotel, but it was not open. This was disappointing given the weather was warm! There were also no lounge facilities available during the day. I could not order even a simple coffee. Breakfast offered a poor selection of fruit. Cooked items were not good.

the air conditioning was noisy and i had to turn it off at night. the breakfast box wasnt very good and the tv had bad channels. i was so disappointed about these issues.
